Private View offers an insight into the often unseen spaces where art is made. While the term Private View usually refers to exclusive previews of finished work in white-walled galleries, this project reclaims it to focus on the quieter, more personal side of a practice — the artist’s studio. Through photography, film and interviews, I’ve documented four London-based artists in their studios, inviting the audience to look beyond the final artwork and consider the artist’s journey, their working environment, and how that space shapes the outcome of their work.
